What you can trade
PLUGG is a marketplace for gaming value between players. If it's a legitimate in-game item or a player's own account, it belongs here.
Allowed
- Game accounts you own
- In-game currency & top-ups
- Gift cards for gaming platforms
- Skill-based boosting & coaching
Not allowed
- Stolen, hacked or charged-back accounts
- Social media or messaging accounts
- Phone numbers or virtual numbers
- Anything to bypass identity checks
What's strictly prohibited
These get a listing removed and the account banned, no warning:
- Stolen or hacked goods — accounts, codes or currency obtained fraudulently.
- Social, messaging or number sales — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, TextPlus, virtual/OTP numbers, and anything used to pass verification elsewhere. PLUGG is for games only.
- Cheats, hacks & malware — aimbots, injectors, or any file that harms a device or breaks a game's anti-cheat.
- Off-platform solicitation — pushing buyers to pay outside escrow.
- Scams & impersonation — fake listings, phishing, or pretending to be PLUGG staff.
Seller conduct
- List accurately — the item must match exactly what's described.
- Deliver promptly through the trade room once escrow is funded.
- Never re-sell, recover or reclaim an account after selling it.
- Keep all communication and payment on PLUGG.
Buyer conduct
- Pay only through PLUGG checkout — never off-platform.
- Inspect and confirm honestly; don't open false disputes.
- Secure the account promptly after delivery.
- Don't use bought accounts for fraud or rule-breaking.
How the rules are enforced
Reports and AI flags are reviewed by moderators. Depending on severity:
FIRST / MINOR
Warning
A notice and a chance to fix it. Repeats escalate.
SERIOUS
Suspension
Selling or buying paused while we investigate.
SEVERE / FRAUD
Permanent ban
Account closed, payouts held pending resolution, reported where required.
These rules can be updated as the platform grows. Major changes will be announced to all users.
