Getting started
How do I start selling?+
Apply to sell from your account: confirm your email, upload the front and back of your ID plus a selfie holding it, and tell us what you sell. Our team reviews it, usually within a day. Once approved you can list straight away. When your first sale completes, you pass a quick automatic check against government records before that payout (the fee comes out of the sale).
Do I need to verify to sell?+
You can start at Bronze with just email, but ID + phone verification unlocks lower fees, higher limits and the verified badge that buyers look for. See seller verification.
What can I sell?+
Game accounts you own, in-game currency/top-ups, gaming gift cards, and skill-based coaching. Not allowed: stolen accounts, social/messaging accounts, phone numbers, or cheats — see the community rules.
Fees & payouts
What fee do I pay?+

When do I get paid?+
Once the buyer confirms, the money lands in your PLUGG wallet instantly. Withdrawals to your bank: Bronze within 24 hours, Verified the same day, Elite instantly (sent automatically).
Where does my money go?+
To your registered bank account or PLUGG wallet. The gateway splits each sale automatically — your earnings to you, the fee to PLUGG.

How do I make a listing that sells?+

How do I deliver an account?+
Through the encrypted trade room once escrow is funded. Hand over the login and linked email, and tick the checklist with the buyer.
Can I get boosted visibility?+
Yes. Tap ★ Feature on a live listing in your seller dashboard and it's pinned to the top of search and the homepage for 24 hours, for ₦1,500 from your wallet. Elite sellers get 3 free featured slots every week.
Disputes
What if a buyer opens a false dispute?+
The trade-room log and your delivery proof back you up. Our team reviews the evidence and releases your funds when you're in the right. See dispute resolution.
What if a buyer goes silent after delivery?+
A confirmation timer runs after delivery. If the buyer doesn't respond, funds auto-release to you — they can't hold your money hostage.
Account
How do I reach Elite?+
You don't apply. Elite unlocks automatically once a Verified seller meets every condition: enough completed sales and volume, time at Verified, a high buyer rating, no lost disputes, on-time delivery, both ID checks and a clean record. Your dashboard shows your progress, and Elite sellers are re-checked monthly. See the Elite conditions.
